My professional journey, deeply rooted in both the healthcare and telecom industries, has marked a significant contribution to the organization. This contribution is particularly evident in pivotal areas such as operational management, strategic development, and adeptly navigating through challenging circumstances. My extensive experience in orchestrating operations and administration played an instrumental role, especially during the demanding times of the COVID-19 crisis.
Looking ahead, my focus remains resolute on steering Sahyadri Hospitals toward embracing digital transformation and continuing our journey of providing best in class healthcare service by bringing advanced and latest global healthcare technologies and equipment. This strategic shift is crucial, given the evolving landscape of healthcare. The implementation of digital platforms has the potential to seamlessly transition the Sahyadri group of hospitals into online clinics. Through these virtual avenues, patients can access medical consultations from the comfort of their locations. At the inception of Sahyadri Hospitals, we faced several challenges in establishing ourselves as a trusted healthcare brand. One of the primary challenges was the competitive landscape in the healthcare sector but lacking in global standards. Pune, being a bustling city, already had several established healthcare facilities. To stand out, we needed to transform these challenges into growth opportunities.
