I am Yugal Sharma, a seasoned professional in the field of counseling and psychology, dedicated to helping individuals navigate the complexities of the human mind and emotions. With a passion for understanding and supporting mental well-being, my journey in this field has been marked by continuous learning, empathy, and a commitment to foster positive changes in the lives of others.
Talking about my professional tenure, I started my career with getting myself theoretically equipped with the knowledge of human behavior. Completing various degrees and certifications and enrolling in Scientology. Over the years, I have accumulated a wealth of practical experience through diverse roles in both clinical and non-clinical settings. Throughout my professional journey, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide range of issues including but not limited to Addiction. I have honed my skills in physical fitness and behavior modulation of various addicts which ultimately helped them to live a healthy lifestyle.

How do you assess a patient’s needs and develop an individualized rehabilitation plan?
Based on the observation during the detox period, we provide one on one counseling sessions with the members to generally create a rapport. After the first conversation, we do have family meetings to understand the background of the members. On the basis of all the information gathered, the psychologist creates treatment plans for everyone. From their error pattern of behavior to the tests and therapies to be conducted is taken into consideration. Once the testing is done, individuals are then given psychiatric evaluation or psychological intervention.
How do you involve family members in the rehabilitation process?
By involving family members in the rehabilitation process, we create a collaborative and supportive environment that enhances the individual’s chances of successful recovery and long-term well-being. Few ways and techniques that are been done with the family members are as follows:

Measuring the success of the program will only be possible with the help of all the people involved in the center. Taking feedback from the individuals and understanding the loopholes so that we look forward to betterment. Considering the feedback from the families, Objective Measurements, Return to Daily Activities, Follow up about the mental state of every individual. Regular reassessment and collaboration among the interdisciplinary team are crucial for making informed decisions and adjusting the treatment plan as needed.
